• Stock Tokens are derivative contracts priced at the prices of underlying securities without granting ownership rights to them.
• Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and subject to rapid price fluctuations.
• Perpetual Futures involve leverage, which can amplify both gains and losses.

6. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. Fee schedules are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the current fee structure before executing transactions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
